Purpose. This is a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) issued by the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (“OCC”) to solicit proposals from Independent Contractors to provide assistance to the OCC in addressing cost of service, rate design, revenue distribution and allocation issues regarding Ohio American Water Company’s application before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio’s (“PUCO” or “Commission”) in Docket No 09-391-WS-AIR.

Purpose. This is a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) issued by the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (“OCC”) to solicit proposals from Independent Contractors to provide assistance to the OCC in addressing the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio’s (“PUCO” or “Commission”) Docket which will evaluate the prudence and reasonableness of the costs Duke Energy Ohio, Inc. (“Duke”) incurred in relation to Duke’s restoration of power after the September 2008 windstorms resulting from Hurricane Ike for which Duke is requesting the recovery of approximately $31 million as indicated in and deferred from Case No. 08-709-EL-AIR.
