The Office of the Ohio Consumers' Counsel (OCC) is committed to actively participating in the legislative process involving issues relating to public utilities. The OCC monitors legislative activities, provides testimony on bills relating to utility issues and is available to assist legislators in the drafting of legislation. The OCC also assists members of the public in taking action to make their voices heard on legislative issues. Visit the OCC's "Consumer Input" page to learn more about how you can make an impact.
Ohio’s elected officials should contact the OCC if their constituents have a question or concern about their public utilities services.
Legislators who would like more information should contact the OCC at occ@occ.state.oh.us.
